We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist clients with their personal needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard clients’ privacy, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about clients to those counselors and employees who need to know that information to provide services to clients.
